Return & Refund Policy

At Inktalela, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are customized and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, design, or providing an incorrect shipping address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Returns

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • The item has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • The wrong item was received

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
