Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and order quantity.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
